Crown Distribution (Pty) Ltd is an Authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 52811). We provide financial services and customer support relating to the Crown Funeral Plan. Policyholders may contact us regarding policy enquiries, claims, complaints and general support.

Complaints

If you wish to lodge a complaint, the steps below set out who to contact and in what order.

Complain to Us

Complaints must be in writing and may be submitted to us on any business day. The complainant must disclose his/her interest in the Crown Funeral Plan, provide his/her ID Number, provide the Crown Funeral Plan Number and must disclose the nature of the complaint.

Complain to the Insurer

If you haven't received a response within 20 days or aren't satisfied with the response from us, a formal complaint can be made to the insurer.
